Exhibitor Invitations are ready to email to vendors and teachers

Vendors and teachers take note!  The exhibitor invitation with all exhibit information, application and teaching proposal forms, floor plan and more are ready.

Vendors who have asked to be on our email distribution list will receive their exhibitor invitation this morning.

If you are a vendor and not on our vendor distribution list, email to receive your exhibitors invitation.

There is an early bird discount of 10% for vendors who submit their full payment before January 15, 2010.  And teaching proposals are due January 30, 2010.  The sooner you get your applications in, the better likelihood of securing your choice of booth location and teaching opportunity.

So don't miss out on the best sewing and needlework event for Spring 2010 in Southern Ontario.

Wow! Response has been good!

Well, word sure spreads fast; especially when you are onto something good.

Vendor responses to receiving exhibitor information has been overwhelmingly positive.  Right now we are finalizing arrangements with Bingemans Conference Centre and putting together our exhibitor kits.  I have just completed show floor diagrams and no surprise, booth space is limited.  So, if you are a vendor and would like to get on the list, please email right away!

Plans for a spring event for 2010 are in the works.  We are looking for exhibitors and attendees alike.
